The Ultimate Chess Game Thread

Hi friends and gamelovers!

We are going to play a game of Vote Chess. We will make 2 teams and as a team it is decided what move to make next. Whichever move gets the most votes will be the one that gets played.

Please state your username and if you want to be part of Team 1 or Team 2.

The other players will sign up soon. Which team do you want to be part of?

 

Are the votes going to be weighted in any way? Or is this going to be pure democracy, in which the vote of the player who cannot see past the end of his nose counts for just the same as the player who is thinking seven moves ahead?

 

I have to make it so that each vote weighs the same. But ofcourse you could explain why you would pick a certain move.

 

I can't honestly see this one getting off the ground, ya know?

 

I believe if enough chessies sign up it could turn into great fun.
