Yeppers, been shaven since 1997 I think. I sahve from top to bottom, an from crack to sack. It is very nice, and wouldnt have it any other way. For all of you that get issues after shaving. Tanning beds will kill the top layer of skin if you go 2-3 times a week for short amount of times. Therefore, your tender razor bump, in grown hair issues will vanish forever!

Shaving off hair is a natural and tribal thing, Humans have been doing it since discovering a sharp flint could do the job. I have been smooth for about 20 years now and have never regretted it, it feels clean and sexy and makes me feel more naked...just my thoughts...:2thumbsup:

Its part of adult sexuality, its part of the deal. I honestly find it baffling that this has happened. And it is something that has happened in the last twenty years. Its a trend, and a rather odd one.

I'm trimmed neatly to clear thighs and not too much above dick, just enough to satisfy the touchy-feely types and provide balanced aesthetics. I am not, never have been, shaved, bald or smooth. Hate the look.

I have been shaven from when I was a teenager, my mom was a dedicated nudist and she was shaven, so I guess that rubbed of on my sister and I. She always used to say it looks much better that way, and when my wife and I hooked up, she also started shaving everything off.

 

Humans have this wonderful ability to change how they look, for beauty, sexual, cultural and other reasons. We tattoo, we pierce we shave and shape, thats what makes us Human, its far from odd m'dear, i think its a wonderful thing.

"Odd" would suggest it is out of the mainstream, and nothing could be further from the truth. A great many (I'd bet the vast majority) people either trim or completely shave their pubic hair, for a variety of reasons.

I'm not sure why anyone would find that "odd," given human's proclivity for shaving other parts of their bodies. I'd bet money you shave your arm pits and legs. Is that "odd," too? And FTR, that has exactly dick to do with "sexuality." Pubic hair is a holdover from evolution, and has more to do with protecting the body than it does anything related to attracting or keeping mates (which is the basis of human sexuality).

 

The other thing i dont miss about having pubic hair is i dont get the fucking stuff caught in my flies anymore...........

 

Yeah, it's got a lot to do with personality and preference. I've done both, shaved & unshaved all due to partners and preference. I gotta admit I think a lot of it does have a lot to do with sex. Most smooth people are more sexual. I know some say it looks better or feels better but when you think about it's just 'Peacocking', cleaning and pruning to attract a sexual partner.
An awful lot of this does have to do with fashion and trends, without the internet, TV and Porn I wonder how many people really would shave it all?
