it means there is still love in your heart for her. it does not mean, that your relationship was automatically the best for both or either of you because of this. it is possible, even probable, that she wishes you happiness and well being in her heart too. or even not, as that case might be, not all dreams are really communicative in a mutually participatory sense. but that she recognized something your relationship, as can happen, that might not have been for the best, whether for her, or you or both. breakups are always difficult, and there's no simple absolute rule of thumb, but sometimes they do later turn out to have been for the best. to be able to part on mutually respectful and caring terms, is for the best.
