I'm cold all the time. I could have the heat on 75 and a fire going and still get a chill. Are there some vitamins I should make sure I'm getting that would help with this? Do other women get cold easy? My feet are cold right now in bed. :(

Are you a skinny woman? That might be it. Also age does that to people. Have you ever seen old people in the south? They wear jackets in summer.

I'm not fat or skinny. Just right in the middle. I'm 30. So not too old. Yet.

Apple, I know a young woman that is like you describe, always chilly and wearing even a jacket in the middle of the summer when everyone around her is hot. Her blood pressure is very low. For her, this is normal...in that ever since high school - and she is 29 now, her average blood pressure would be like 80 to 100 over 60. She has always gone to sleep early and gets no less than 8 hours sleep a night, and usually 10. Also, she is quite healthy - married, works full-time, mother to a 2 yr. old. Average weight.

I only recently, in the past couple of years, have reached a half-way normal inner body temp. I was always hot, literally, as a firecracker. Now at least I'm pleased to say that I can wear sweats and long-sleeved tops in the winter without sweating and burning up.

take a hot shower, and keep the heat up while you wear a sweater.
i know people that put their AC on in the winter and i know people who wear leather pants and a jacket in the summer. its all normal, just do whats most comfortable.

Could be that too. I have 2 jobs and a kid to juggle and live alone. So much going on I can barely fit yoga in. Summer seems to free me up for fitness which is frustrating to me come winter time...when I feel slammed with things to do. So the past few months haven't been exercising as much. Not that I don't want to...but sheesh it is hard to fit in !!

Needing to be better hydrated can make you feel chronically cold.

I am always cold! I can never seem to get warm. My hands and feet are constantly cold, but I blame that on smoking cigarettes.

I'm the opposite, I'm always hot. Any sort of movement makes my blood run hot and I flush a lot too which sucks in summer because I can break into a sweat too easily. You'll see me always in front of fans or aircons.

I have always had trouble with getting nauseous when I'm inside and I get cold. I assume it's probably entirely psychosomatic in my case.

Everybody hates touching my hands haha. Anytime somebody touches my hands they always comment on how cold they are.

It's winter in Nor Cal and that means 36 degree mornings and when I get to work I have a space heater the size of my hand. that could be part of it....

You're a long way away for hot flashes but my wife will go from freezing to being able to fry an egg on her belly. All in about 15 seconds
