So may friends will be there. The family I love and my reason for life. So many friends will not be there, the bitter after taste of Ocala . We will cease be if we run away from those who Judge and rule. My last Ocala (2001) I was told to leave. By men with guns and badges. But they are not the ones I fear. I fear the ones inside who take our spirit and twist it. The easiest way to destroy is from within. We should be the Rainbow Family. Standing together. Learning what it takes to survive. Things like how to go to a gathering and be able to go back the next year without warrants. Learning to teach the young ones that we represent the family with every step we take and word we speak. If we let some of us have the knowledge of permits and we follow then we will be in thier Shadows. If we have folks that sign the permits then they better be in the front lines with us all. Showing us why and teaching us the things we need to survive. If they are in a hotel room when the crap is going down then they had no right and we should have known it. I dont go to permited gatherings but someone comes along and signs one. I am ranting. sorry. Is this ocala going to be a fest this year? Will there be a real gathering or just a stopoff for a few hippies to look cool and do drugs? I am less than a leader or messiah, I am tired of seeing crap. Ocala is full of crap. A few words will not fix this. If it aint broken then I just dont know. Please tell me to be there and that we are having a real rainbow gathering. LOVIN YOU ALL and MERRY CHRISTMAS and all the other merrys and happys that apply.
if you're going to come to ocala to whine about the lack of leadership, don't come. If you are coming to ocala to be that leadership, please do. if you are coming to ocala to complain about the kids there doing drugs and giving rainbow a bad name, don't come. if you come to be with family, to shine love and give rainbow a bad name, please come. If you've never been to ocala and are intimidated because of all the crap you read on this forum and AGR (ocala being the most complained about gathering), please don't let it stop you. If all the loving family stay home because of the crazies that it's rumoured have taken over (And they haven't, by the way), then one day they will, cause all th kind family will be at home at their computers feeling hopeless and wishing things could be different. Please come home!!!
