I am doing acid for the first time, I finally found a guy who had it available. Me and two friends are doing it, all three of us are first time LSD trippers, although we have all done shrooms twice. I want to have a good trip, and my question is how many tabs I should take. I don't want just an entertainment trip. I also want to have insight into some personal problems. I hear that the average tabs only have 40-80ug lsd per tab (although most dealers don't know dosage per tabs). Should I take two or possibly three tabs to have a more intense trip, and to gain greater perspective? Any help on this would be great! Thanks
i would take one hit to start with. it could be something besides LSD, and it could be a large dose of it so that one hit is enough. i usually start with one hit of any new LSD. if it's 50 ug LSD you will have a mild but nice trip (i would i think), and you can take more next time in a month or so. i would ask around too and see if anyone you know has eaten these. ask if they were any good. more specifically did it have a strong taste? how long did it last (should be 8-12ish hours)? if you can get some good advice from a TRUSTED FRIEND then maybe i would dose 2 or 3 if that's what they say. but if you only have the word of the guy selling them to you, i'd start with one.
If you are looking for a trip beyond entertainment and want to reach some deep intense levels of the LSD experience, take care of set and setting and go for 3 hits.
seems to be a lot of 25i-nbome being passed of as LSD. 25i will have a very noticeable taste and a sort of numbing sensation on your tongue. LSD should be relatively tasteless. if you end up taking 3 hits of 25i-nbome, that might be enough to give you a seizure. ...but if you are confident that you have actual LSD, 2 or 3 hits is the way to go.
Here's the first thing I'd like you to know when buying acid. Almost every dealer is full of shit trying to sell it, don't listen to that double dipped shit, super potent fire acid lingo they carry around. Blotter is soaked in a bath of acid and can only handle whatever the paper is able to absorb. Past that, it's all about how safely the acid has been handled to the time it is ingested. For the trip you are looking for, I would suggest 3 as guerrillabedlam has suggested BUT Porkstock brings up a very strong point. Unfortunately there are a lot of RCs (fake acid basically) that are going around that in higher doses can be a serious problem. Research as much you can on the effects of an acid trip and start with one. "If it's bitter, it's a spitter" acid is so discreet, you will feel like you are chewing on paper for a half hour or so, and very likely feel like you have been ripped off. But after awhile you will begin to be lifted into the trip. If it's bitter, this very likely indicates you are taking a synthetic drug. Which will still let you trip, but may have different unknown side effects, and unlike acid, may have lead to a bad trip to the hospital (I hate to scare you, but I know four idiots who passed out in a parking lot of a concert because of this) I say unlike acid, because if it is used responsibly like I feel like you intend, you will have a safe rewarding experience. Then here's one last thing I like to throw out. Ask where the dealer gets his/her acid from. I personally feel safer when I hear it comes from California or Canada. I'm sure there are other safe havens, but those are the most famous if you live in the NA region. I think it might be Sweden that has a good name behind its batch too. But I come across CA and Canada most often. To your last question about taking one, and then "Redosing" 2 later. The tolerance effect will make this a waste of money. If you find it is acid. It's best to hold on to 2 or 3 hits to take a month later. And I really wouldn't do it before a month if you want a strong trip. You may hear two weeks, or 3-4 days, but from my experience, there is a stronger connection to your trip after a months wait. Enjoy
I would seriously just take one hit if it's your first trip and also be sure to be in a relaxed environment where you're pretty sure you won't be hassled.You can always take more on another occasion once you know how it feels.LSD is an amazing substance so just enjoy...But it's like the ocean,it can be pretty powerful.
Take one hit, and if it's not bitter, wait an hour. If you don't feel anything in an hour, take only one more. If those don't kick in after another hour, don't take any more.
Just FYI if you do end up with 25i or another RC, these still usually provide a nice trip, it's just important that you take a lot of care with how much you dose because one hit could be a lot more than you might expect. Don't be too discouraged if you take the first tab and it has a strong taste. You can still get a good experience for your money, but probably only take that one to see how strong it is. I'd also suggest that you look into the effects of 25x-nbome and DOx to help understand what you might be in for if you do get an RC.
i wouldn't bother re-dosing. it's a bit of a waste of precious LSD. after an hour you are already starting to develop tolerance to the drug, so taking more is not 100% effective. also, if i bought "LSD" and it turned out to be 25i-nbome...i'd be pretty fucking discouraged. 25i gave me a weird feeling in my head, it has given people seizures, people have possibly died after taking it, and the trip basically sucks compared to LSD. not to mention 25i has only existed since like 2010, so therefore it obviously doesn't have a very long history of use.
The nbomes in particular are somewhat common, certainly should be a consideration. However the Nbomes and Dox chems have an acute, unmistakably bitter Chemical taste that you would be able to recognize within 5 minutes if held under the tounge and if it's nbome you may even feel a numbing sensation on top of that. So you could take 1 hit and wait 5-10 minutes and take the other hit(s) if you don't experience any acutely noticeable bitter sensations from that initial blotter. Tolerance will not develop that quickly.
in the good old days it was pretty unlikely. a great point about LSD was that it used to be pretty much the only drug that could fit an active dose on a blotter. so you either got LSD, or blotter paper with nothing on it. now...it's a major consideration. seems like 25i-nbome is being passed off as L pretty regularly. any asshole can order 25i-nbome blotters online and re-sell them as acid. it really depends on who you know though. to complicate matters - sometimes LSD blotters have tasted slightly bitter to me. could be the ink, could be just dirty blotter paper (not "dirty acid" i mean the paper has been handled a lot and is therefore actually dirty). but the bitterness from LSD blotters i've had is always slight...like "is this bitter?....kinda." 25i is definitely bitter and chemical tasting. no question about it.
Unfortunately these days the likelihood of getting an RC instead of LSD are just massive. It's exceedingly easy to acquire 25i and the profit margins when selling it as acid are so large that everyone's doing it and the market has become flooded with the stuff. It's gotten to be such a problem that people are starting to spread the fallacy that acid is supposed to taste bad, which only adds to the problem.
Is there any way to easily identify nbome blotters or RC blotters. I was thinking of looking for the major sellers of 25i-NBOMe blotters and seeing what prints they use. That way if I see a familiar print, I'll know its NBOMe Thoughts?!
You should edit that link out. Discussion of sources on here isn't allowed. I'm not sure but I think that link pretty much qualifies as a source. It's good to have a general idea of what blotters are commonly RC but there are so many possibilities that it would be impossible to know without testing it. People will often lay RC on blotters that are commonly known to be good LSD in an attempt to trick people.
