So this one time I decided to try and lucid dream and supposedly it was really an out of body experience but, should I be concerned with what happened~

-I first woke up (in my dream) and everything was shades of grey and black and I lifted off my bed and was floating directly above my bed not moving. It was almost like I could see myself but at the same time it was in first person very strange but after that, my entire body got the goose bumps and it was like in slow motion and I could see the hairs one by one stand up on my body and then my door opens and at this time I was beginning to panic and I couldn't move or wake up and I look over and there is this black shadowy figure coming closer to me and there ended up being multiple ones and they began to close in on me but before they got to me i struggled enough to get myself to wake up.

What do yall think about that weird or normal or should i be worried??
    Thank you :2thumbsup:

neither good no bad. only dangerous if someone else is likely to hide your body where you can't find it.

i've never seen shades of gray myself, only a few times i've seen shades of purple and blue and everything that is normally solid kind of transparent.
