Bahahaha that was a funny ass question. yeah dude he just gave me some keys to his office that he found today too. And yeah stan its not exactly "convenient" to throw all the evidence away. I clearly need to do that more tho if its beginning to fuck me off.

Whatever it is take it one day at a time and learn from your mistakes my advice to you since it seems like you're pretty much screwed just tell your roommates to chill the fuck out with the snitching.. In a nice way and if worst comes to worst tell your dad your roommates are heroin addicts and they're are tryin to fuck you over.. :| I hope you know I'm just messin around with the last one but try to couch hope for a while till you find something? It's all bad that your roommates and your pops know each other :\ I hope it gets better man

yeah, mabey if my dad found out it would be a sign i need to CUT DOWN. lol, if i "QUIT" that is just letting society win, I am just a rebel at heart, I plan on always being one. Yeah this shits gonna pass, it always does. My old roommate did not tell my dad yet very fortunately, He made it pretty clear that he was gonna tell him a few times, then after he said he was gonna call him soon to the other roommate I was likke whaartt did you just say fuck dude, I had to beg him and shit, and he was still like no way dude, i'm just thinking of myself here, like its really my responsibility to tell your dad.. So then I called my dad right after he said that, I was like dad, I am tired of this place blah blah blah I am going to move out tomorrow i made a bunch of excuses as to why. HE didn't really ask any questions fortunately enough, and i told my roommate my dad knows that i am leaving tomorrow now, and that you dont need to call him, he was like hmm ok i guess so.. haha I CANT believe one of them hasn't called the other yet, someone up there must fuckin love me :p
But yeah thanks for the tip man haha you seem pretty smart you tell it how it is! And yes it DOES/did fuckin suck that they knew each other. The fact that hed even SAY that he would tell my dad makes that fool complete scum, made me lose every little bit of the small amount of respect I had for him. I mean why does nobody ever mind their own goddamn business in my life? I hate that about people more than ANYthing else. But yeah this could have gona a lot worse you guys, my dad is still oblivious that I get high like im never gonna die, so hes still a happy camper, everybody is winning right now.

No dude... letting society win is when you're homeless because you have no style about breaking the rules.

If you work hard, play hard, and do it all so it looks wholesome, that would be a step.

You need to learn to focus and put in work, be it on a job, yourself, etc.

I guess I'm saying, you need to take control of yourself.

being homeless as a consequence of heroin use is NOT "winning."

i'm with roor...if you can hold down a good job, and a place to live AND smoke a little black on the side...THAT'S closer to winning.

Yeah, my advice would be to get your basic needs taken care of first. Stable housing is a start. And obviously an income. Once those things are taken care of then you can party. I hope you get things straightened out. At least you live in a warmer part of the country. Where I live you can freeze to death on the street, and occasionally people do.

Kinda feel sorry for the op. everyone is grilling him further when he wanted support. I guess a heroin habit isn't the best but again he's in a rough situation. Wonder how he's doing now. To be fair I am addicted to opiates but I am also in chronic pain from a spinal injury. Was hard to admit it, even to myself, but in the end it's better for everyone. If you have no reason for using apart from recreational use then honestly quit while you're ahead and young. Talk to your parents, get to rehab and catch it while you can. Obviously telling and admitting you have a problem with a serious narcotic is dreadful but you'll thank yourself later in life. Things will get better. Being honest is the first step. Good luck to you, hopefully it will teach you a lesson and get you off the gear.

Like many have said you're not winning by becoming homeless due to a heroin addiction. You're losing. You think that you're in control but actually the drug controls you.

    I feel bad for him.

But he's only here to ask for re-assurance that the WORST course of action he can take is actually really okay.

He's been told, for years, by a great many people, and he really doesn't care to help himself. He could have, he still can, but he refuses, because he's plain lazy. I hope that he does well, but that's not going to make me coddle his immature stupidity. His whole approach to life is backwards.

On a side note, as I've said, small repeated doses of psychedelics, and building a confidence that you can "handle" them, it can really fuck people up, it essentially takes everything that the psychedelic could have fixed and makes it worse.

I hope he finds his way. I hope he's alright, but he's gonna have to hit rock bottom before he can even see what you guys are trying to tell him.

I'm not one to judge people on their substance abuse, but I think when your habit gets you kicked out of your house, it's an indication that it's time you should kick it. You might do yourself some good by coming clean and doing your best to clean up.

I dunno if opiates could be considered psychedelics to be fair. They are more hardcore, dangerous and addictive. I agree with everyone in that he needs to get his act together as it will consume his life if he continues. He still has hope to change, everyone does, I suppose the message just has to come across in a certain way. Perhaps this will be the tipping point, hopefully it will get back to his parents and the wrath of them will be upon him. Perhaps they will help in where we can't - getting to rehab and ending the abuse.

I think that's probably the best ending here. I know there was a point in my life where I abused my opiates ruthlessly, and I hit rock bottom literally. Only then was I free to do anything with my problem as it finally hit home. It all starts out sweet and somewhat innocent, dabbling with a bit more, until it flows into a 400mg daily habit. I got myself off to rehab and therapy and have titrated my doses back down to a somewhat controllable level but I am an addict. I always will be but at least now I have control over what I do, the people around me know my situation and I'm just honest. The difference now is that I am openly admittant of my addiction - not proud - but I understand the consequences if I go off the rails now. It's a curse that opiates are so amazing recreationally but I do need to take them or I'll be in constant pain to a level where I can't move literally

Poly-drug abuse is the worst. I still mess with other drugs along with my pain meds, and hope I have it under control. Everyone needs to escape now and then. Ahhh.

There will be an event in his life that shakes him. It happens to most addicts, or if it doesn't they will end up dead. That's the insidious and deadly consequence of drug abuse.
