    ever seen meat like reflects light all rainbowy like gasoline does? what makes it look like that? is it safe to eat?

    cook well. I remember that at Schlotky's the roast "beef" came with a glitter glaze. We were told to use it up that day.
    Skip it if you can.
    meat isn't the panacea folks think it is anyway.
