I have penile problems and the foreskin doesn't work well, i have avoided pulling back the foreskin to wash because i have foreksin problem and if i pull it back, then i have a very hard time making it move forward after that. So anyways, up to now i occasionaly do wash and clear up as much as i can of the stuff inside.. My penis has dandruff too and scales that i pull...it's weird but... I have extreme dandruff problem in my Scalp, so maybe that's why i also have this weird dandruff like problem in the penis too. But aside from that under the head of the penis there's these white scales that form, . When i manage to pull the foreskin back, i do find stuff and i do wash it and peel it etc, to try to get as much out but i don't do it perfect. Anyways, i try my best. But anyways, Do you get cancer from not washing well?
That's a tough question, because we don't know for sure on how cells mutate to become cancerous. So the answers are likely or less likely. If infectious agents are implicated in cancers, and they are, trapping those agents increases likelihood of cancer development. More useful information is care and cleaning. Are you retracting while flaccid and the foreskin stays back? Or does it just go back slowly? Or are you retracting while semi erect, which will encourage the foreskin to stay back? Try under water, as in a bath. You have to get shed skin cells and other debris out. Try olive oil. Maybe castor and olive blended. Castor can dry on its own. Hit up a dermatologist. You could have an issue with skin, based on the dandruff. Yes, the skin could have the same problems elsewhere.

Carcinoma of the penis Poor hygiene can increase a man's risk of penile cancer. Good genital hygiene involves washing the penis, the scrotum, and the foreskin daily with water. Smegma, a whitish substance that can accumulate beneath the foreskin, is associated with greater risk of penile cancer. You need to see a doctor, and if you don't have the money, you need to ask someone who does. Chances are you need to be circumcised. This problem you mentioned can be fixed with the operation and can save your mental well-being. When the foreskin is back does it feel and look like the head is being strangled by a piece of rope almost? Neither my brother or i were circumcised at birth, he still has his foreskin and he fine. I had to have the operation right before i turned 18 because i learned something was not right after 10 months with first girl i was ever intimate with. I am very thankful i went through with the operation. PM me if you have other questions about such.
