What ends would you go to for the love of your life?

I drove all night to get to someone who gave me the bird. Could have had a happy ending. He told me to get fucked at the alter, so im out....but for the sake of romance and hope....anyone? What did you do for your love? Did it pay off?

 

stalked them (not really), wrote to them, chased them, made big theatrical gestures for them, looked after them.

In the end they just tolerate you at best. It's okay to love if you aren't loved back. Just don't end up splitting your head all over the pavement. Remember, if you're dead (or in prison), it'll be a lot harder to love them or anyone, in a way that you want. Better love and lose than lose it all.

Also, people are really screwed up. They have their own reasons for not loving you that aren't your fault (like, not your fault in ANY WAY, not just you didn't do anything bad, you don't even look the wrong way for them or dress the wrong way or have the wrong job or anything).

Your happiness and their happiness may be totally different.
And only a sucker would think that the difference is who is more desirable.
