What's one item you foolishly spend your money on?

I like to buy baby clothes. My daughter will probably only wear outfits a couple of times before she outgrows them. I've bought her several outfits she never has warn and has already outgrown. She doesn't need any new clothes probably for the next year, but I'll probably continue to buy anyhow.

I do, however, also contribute to her savings account. I like balance.

    Your turn.

Most definitely cigarettes and alcohol. Maybe rent. Possibly travel (getting to work).

When i was a drunk trying to quit, one of my many plans that failed to get clean...one night when drunk, i decided i was going to start reading when i get home instead of getting drunk...i might have a beer or two,,,but read not get drunk

So i bought about 40 books online in an hour lol.......and i only read 1 of the 40 at the time...major fail.

Since then i have read probably 10 of the 40... =/

I realized eventually buying shit wont get my mind healthy...

    Hello,

I thought about buying my first one last week, but I didn't. I guess I'm looking for a slinky that is at least 1 meter in diameter. That would be fun. The slinky of doom so to speak ;).

Well, I'm not good at shelling out money for stuff. From time to time I buy unnecessary things, like the Rubik's Cube. Most of my pocket money goes into books. That can be seen as foolish or as wise likewise ;).

    Regards
    Gyro

    Chinese martial arts movies [IMG]

For every good movie there’s 10 lousy ones but the only way to know for sure is to purchase it and take a chance :(

  13. Nothing. I just buy what I need. I seriously never want to buy anything that is not necessary. I'm just a simple soul who's happy with her lot ;)

Last time my lady and I were in a Timezone I spent $20 in coins trying to win her an Angry Bird toy out of a claw machine. No such luck! So I payed for dinner the next time we went out. ;)

Here we call it transportation. Is travel what they call going back and forth to work in the UK?

I spend way too much on sushi, expensive beer, wine and quality weed (if and when it's available).

I spend lots of money on supplements, too, but to me it's worth it.

    Cosmetics and skin care products....
I'm not too proud of it.
But will I stop? Probably not.

Also, I don't go out much, but when I do, I like to go to finer places. Like....coffee and brunch at Palace Hotel, stuff like that. I don't regret spending money on that, since it's not an everyday thing.

Clothes. I have a closet and chest full of clothes, and yet I still have 'nothing to wear'. I'm on a budget but I will probably end up buying some clothes for myself. I know shopping and clothing shouldn't make you feel good buuuut they do. I like to think I have a good sense of fashion and I like to look nice and get compliments on my look and I don't want to give it up.
