    I guess that 999 is deg. C and not F , a 3000 km/h wind is a bit strong also . It sounds like a power full convection oven . I guess that stuff falling form the sky are metors , not rain or snow . And then nothing on the 22 nd and 23 nd . desert rat

    Technically they really wouldn't be winds. Wind is when the air moves. During a polar shift the air would be fine, it's the ground that's moving south/southwest at 80mph.

    Somewhere, I think I heard several days of 400 mph. winds would accompany pole shift.

    if you look closer you'll notice that the weather chart posted is applicable only to French speaking countries...so no worries..I dont like quebec anyway

    If any one does not know , there are other Mayan cal.s that go beyond 12/21/2012 , and an it states for that date , some like an interesting time , or time of change , not the end of the world . desert rat
