Anyone know anything about buprenorphine. It's something similar to suboxone right? I've never done either. I was walkin' down to catch the light rail one day and passed this dude at a bus stop said he had bupes for 5 bucks apeice. I didn't ask how many milligrams or anything since I wasn't planning on buying any, and I don't know a thing about bupes anyway or how many milligrams you would need to take. I didn't have any extra cash on me to try em out but every once in a while I'll be walkin down the street and somebody say "bupes, bupes" as they walk past. It's an opiate I'd think they must fuck you up if people are sellin' them on the street like that but then again there's people out there tryin to sell phenergan on the street too and that shit don't even fuck you up, idk why anybody would buy phernergan unless they were gonna take it with another opiate or something to potentiate it maybe?
Buprenorphine is the active ingredient in Suboxone and Subutex. they are not very good for recreational purposes since it is only a partial opiate agonist. it is however a miracle drug for detoxing from hard opiates. Basically there not good for getting high but they are the best if your trying to kick.
Also, depending on your tollerance to Opiates, like, if you dont have a tollerance, DO NOT TAKE BUPE! while it doesnt have a real recreational use per say, its still a drug that could cause problems for the opiate naive. Stick with what you know and when in doubt, come ask, like you did here! Like Blitz, most here won't steer you wrong and even if someone did, others would jump all over it. Also, dont take advice in a closed PM, the more eyes on your questions the more likely it is you will get the right answer!
Okay thanks for the answers. I don't think I will be trying these. They must be being sold because someone has a script for them and is either selling them to support their use of other opiates or is just trying to get rid of them to make a quick buck. I really don't like buying mystery pills on the street either, unless I have time to look them up on pill identifier or have seen that exact pill enough times to know for sure what it is, you never know what it might be.
I know many people say they are pretty much worthless, but I beg to differ. When I get burprenorphine it's in the form of 2mg Suboxone tabs. If I inject half (0.5mg), I have pretty decent euphoria all day long. There's no rush, it sort of creeps up on you, but in my experience it is very worthwhile in the right circumstances. Just remember, if you are opiate dependant, wait until you're starting withdrawals to take it, or you'll get terrible percipitated withdrawals instantly. Also it blocks the effects of other opiates for about 24+ hours after administration.
