My girlfriend just left for a week, but before she did I found out that she likes anal sex. We've been constantly together for 4 months now, yet I never knew this until a few minutes before she left.

I would just go with it and not ask questions. Many of us would be very happy to have someone who willingly does anal and deep throats.

Curiously enough I've always found a female Anus easier to penetrate than a male one - and that's without using any special lube.
