No disagreement with that -- too many who celebrate one, the other, or both don't really know why.

Time out? Time out? There's no "time out" in a fevered argument just like there's no cryin' in baseball.

#1) a case of bad parenting, #2) I believe anybody can own or get guns, but a psych/mental eval must be mandatory in every state before somebody gets guns, but I guess that won't stop a sick'o from just stealing the guns.

Exactly, because it was his moms guns that he took to do this.

I dont care how its done, or what laws are put in place, but things like this need to stop happening.

Children now? What the fuck?, seriously..

I read through a few pages of this thread and I hate seeing so many people arguing and debating over the details of it and people placing a blame on this, that, the other....

This is a horrible tragedy...and yes, I too have lost all faith in society with the recent shootings/tragedies that are becoming so much more abundant lately. But instead of convicting the world of this horrible crime, why don't we all mourn for these people? Why don't we have a moment of silence in our own homes and send as much positive energy/vibes/prayers as you can to these people?

And I'm not just saying this from things in this thread since some of the more negative things I've read elsewhere, I'm just ranting in general.

I just really think that we need to bring our nation back to its roots - the people. Instead of worrying so much about your money and your job and your own demons, why don't we all try to make some kind of difference once in a while? Why don't we show kindness to others and bring some kind of happiness back to our communities?

Am I insane for thinking this way? Does anyone disagree? We need to WAKE UP! These shootings aren't gunna stop. The insanity isn't going to stop. It breaks my heart.
