thinking about starting to introduce a small amount of meat back into my diet to see if it has an effect on my anxiety and depression. i've been missing work lately, and i can't think of anything else to try. medication didn't work, therapy helps but it only ever seems to help for short periods of time. i figure that this could be worth a try.
