Do you have a movie that you absolutely love but you cant get anyone else to sit through? For me it's Mel Brooks Slient Movie. I think it came out in 1976 and has only one spoken word and a mime says it. It's great slapstick. Has Cid Ceasar, Dom Deluise, Burt Reynolds, James Caan, Liza Minelli...but I can not find anyone else that truely appreciates it.
I love the movie Tommy, u know by the Who. But none of my friends like it, they all say its dumb and stuff. I make all of them watch it though, and i think they all secretly enjoy it. They just don't really understand it.
I'm a Matrix junkie. I know people who didn't like it but if you talk to them for awhile you realize they got lost somewhere after the red pill.
alot of people didn't like Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut. I think its great. It's probably my favorite of his.
i like cable guy however everyone else in existence seems to think it sucks. its a great film though...
NaykidApe, The first Matrix movie was outstanding, it was fresh and original. Reloaded was good, but revolutions was slightly better. The last two films felt more like watching Superman vs AI h
Death to Smoochy was a fantastic movie. A couple of my friends share my love for it, but for some reason, everyone else hated it.
Super Troopers, Ive sene it 20 times and can quote all the lines, but i know alot of people who despise it.
blindhobosam, Three has always been considered a power number and it was that philosphy which drove the film makers...then again it could have simply been greed h

I was laughing histerically right from the beginning ^_^ Oh, and my favorite movie is 'Escape From New York', which no one else seems to have seen Which is a shame, because it really is a good movie.
I always wanted to see that because, I love the CD. Anyways I think mine is Clerks, not a lot of people hate it some really hate it. Also, The Village and The Matrix sequels. All of them are just misunderstood (especially The Village and The Matrices)
Yeah I don't have any problems with 'The Cable Guy' either, serves it's purpose. And I've never met anyone who didn't like 'Clerks'! Some of my friends avoided it simply because it was black and white. But one day it went on as I knew they'd all love it, and sure enough they did. I didn't think 'Jersey Girl' was as awful as everyone made out though.
i know more people who love super troopers than people who hate it. but the movies i love that people hate are bloodsport jason x dressed to kill and that's all i can think of right now, unless if you guys think that robocop 2 sucks.
I absolutely love Attack of the Killer Tomatos...but I have yet to meet another person that likes it.
