My daughter bought me two pairs of yoga pants. Does this mean I have to take up yoga?

I know a few chicks who wear yoga pants daily, and have never touched a yoga mat.

I don't know that I'll have time for yoga. I'll try to squeeze it in between being Hendrix and Chuck Norris.

If they are authentic yoga pants,
you will receive a Tantric boost just from wearing them. :sultan:

They will enhance your energys while performing the 'Cobra' posture...

No yoga necessary. Just wear the pants.

What kind of yoga pants do you have?

As a yogi(and sometimes yoga teacher) the kind of pants I wear are not like what a lot of people refer to as yoga pants. There is no spandex or synthetic fibers in my clothes as that pretty much defeats the purpose of yoga.

Yoga can however be lots of things, it is not just the physical asanas, kriyas, locks, meditations, etc.

You may very well practice a few of these without wearing pants at all!

Yeah, they say that synthetic fibre is bad for the energies...

I think if it doesn't give you a rash, you're probably fine lol
