Legalizing Drugs

If you're reading this, you probably think they should be legalized. But which ones?

 

I voted for cannabis, because being illegal has barely stopped anyone from smoking.

 

All drugs should be legal. Prohibition would be a concept worth entertaining if it was actually feasible. The fact of the matter is that no law has ever stopped drugs from circulating.

 

That's what I think. And if they were all legal, there could be more scientific testing and maybe there would be less people saying crap like "mushrooms make your brain bleed". If making a drug illegal stopped people from using them, I'd say meth, crack, heroin, and all of the drugs that are very addictive and really can kill you should be illegal. There is no reason for cannabis or psychedelics to be illegal because they can be useful, medically and spiritually, and aren't very dangerous if used responsibly.

 

well no drug is dangerous if used responsibly. and a vast majority of them can be useful medically and spiritually.

 

What ever happened to self ownership? Should I not be free to put what ever chemical in my body as I see fit as long I am not hurting anyone else in anyway?

 

I voted everything. Drugs are extremely available despite the laws against them. Prohibition just makes using drugs more dangerous.

 

Self ownership is great until you can't pay for you fuck up and it put on the tax payers bill
