Anyone live in the Niagara Region

Seems like there's no hip friends around the Niagara region. I know there must be some but they're not easy to find.

 

You is from St.Kitt's know the place well....... went to St.Catharines collegiate.....don't live there anymore tho.

I've been reading everything here since 2007 but don't usually get involved in the convos. I guess that makes me a very very bad friend.

I don't even know where to begin on a comment like that. First off, there's nothing illegal about being hip. Sure there's the whole drug thing but how many people actually discuss that online here? and even so, talking about it isn't illegal so that's a hell of a lot of time to invest for something that would never hold up in court. Someone please build me a time machine so I can go back to a time before Starbucks was trendy and when people were real.

what's wrong with niagra? I don't know too much about the area.

I think people here have said some bad things about southern ontario generally, at least by canadian standards.

there's probably worse places around, but better places too.

 

southern ontario is in general not as friendly as a lot of canada, just because there is more people crammed together. at least that's my take on it.

I've met a few hip folk around here, not many that I've connected well with. Most move out of the area fast.

I imagine that there are a lot of american tourists there, maybe that's why

or maybe just areas with lots of tourists are like that?
