That's the standard action of uncircumcised masturbation anyway - at least it was for me before I had to undergo the procedure. The hand applies pressure to the glans, shielded by the foreskin, then with each stroke the glide action pulls the foreskin back & forth, preventing any direct contact to the glans. Fortunately, the surgeon who did my own circumcision opted to make it a partial one, so now I can either choose to grip lower down the shaft, so that I get a degree of the pre-surgical protection, or I can continue to use the the old grip, which tends to rub against the glans (which has lost a fair amount of its sensitivity since the operation), or sometimes I use the standard grip with plenty of lube.
I have been known to make myself come like that. I do have to be very turned on for it to happen though.
