I have been prescribed Venlafaxine (an SSNRI) and Olanzapine (an anti-psychotic) for my depression.
I am taking 150mg V and 5mg O every day. Over the last 2 days my vision has been getting blurry and I am feeling agitated, with slight tremors in my arms and legs. I know that these a classic symptoms of serotonin syndrome (the dosage is a bit too high for me to tolerate) - I will see my doctor Monday.

I also have pains in my ankles, with some swelling and a small soft lump on my right calf muscle (possibly a blood clot?)

Has anyone else on similar meds experienced the ankle pains?

my addiction is to ritalin ,abilify and clonozapam. its going to take allot of time as these drugs are hard to get off. i have asked people for help real time and have had some responses.
as far as your questions go dnairb i have had no experience with these two meds.however as i continue to ramp off the meds im on intend to be regular on this board. maybe we can talk some more.

Thanks for your replies. It turns out the meds are OK: the ankle swelling was purely a running injury that was hard to heal, and the lump was due to varicose veins. My doctor said to continue with the meds (for 6 months at least, possibly 12 months).
I am waiting for referral to CBT, and I am going back to work Monday after 6 weeks off.
