I am 22 and became sexually active at 13 due to copious amounts of alcohol. I have had 5 male sexual partners, 1 short term (1 year), 1 long term (6 years), 2 ill thought out rebound fucks and my current partner who I have been loving for a year. I have also received/ given oral to 2 women.
23. Im not a whore but when i was about 15&16 when i drank i blaccked out and had sex no excuse but yeah
Mid 40's some would say too many. I would say just the right number. Somewhere around 20 of each sex. I honestly don't care. Every encounter was consensual and (mostly) enjoyable.
I don't consider it rape because i have been raped before and its different but it isbt rape because it was my fault i put my self in the situations
seems like that would only be rape if she told the guys she was blacked out beforehand. which seems highly unlikely since you don't really realize you're blacked out until the next day. plus, it gets really complicated if the guys were also blacked out. would that mean they raped each other?
i am sorry ladys never met things to come into yalls side.I just wanted to stop by and say i was sorry for saying you was someone that you are not to Richelliexo.
Yes technically law would make 2 drunk people engaging in mutual rape...because neither can consent to the other....its one of those areas of the law that is not enforced because few report it let alone could prosecute on it. But it has happened. The same goes for two underage people who "consent"....and I'm talking about ages 9-12 here. Its rare this age group does anything like oral or intercourse at all with same aged peers, but this area of the law isn't very defined. The age group is too young to fall in the similar age legal exception of community service as opposed to jailtime because I guess legislatures didn't want to acknowledge the idea of children not being innocent. So by default the law would make them register as a sex offender. This same reasoning is getting very young teens labeled as a sex offender in possession of pics of themselves sent to a bf or gf...law has just not kept up with technology.
