Lately when I've been taking opiates (I do methadone about 30-40mgs once or twice a week sometimes with a little xanax or kpin) I've been finding instead of doing it on the weekend and going to hang out at the bar or chill with a girlfriend I have a better time saving it for a week day night when I can be by myself and relax. It's not that I get anti-social or whatever when I'm on it it's just that moneys been really tight lately and I get drug tested once a week (which is why I use done because it doesnt show up on the instant cups) so when I do get a chance to do it I like to do what I want to do (usually watch tv or play video games) and enjoy my high. I feel like when I'm with other people I exert to much of my thought process outside of my own mind/body and therefore do not feel the high as much as if I was just relaxing in my chair in my room. Not to say that I don't love going out and seeing people which I do every weekend I just feel as tho it's a waste of a high and also sometimes i making myself look like an idiot junkie nodding out infront of people you know its nice to just nod out and have not worry about what people think. So lets hear it does any one agree with me or do I just sound like an idiot?
Ahh man nothing like popping a couple Norcos, having a full carton of GFJ, and a fresh pack of camel crushes to get you through the day without leaving to the store. I do as well like to take in my opiates either 1) When I gotta go to work at 6am(seems like the day is way more mellow and quicker if I work on opies) and 2)When I'm all by myself watching some good tv like entourage or the wonder years lol Your not alone bro I think everyone likes there alone time with opes and nod as you please.
I agree with everything you said, except your tv shows. But that's another discussion, lol. So you like that grapefruit juice effect? Yeah, it works for me somewhat. I don't notice a mind-blowing increase in potency, but it helps. I like to be alone most of the time with it too. Since my meds are Hydrocodone I don't really nod off, but get really busy with them. When I try to relax I usually end up finding something to do, and it's not always useful.
Haha that's what happens when I've seen everything on Netflix! Ya I couldn't agree with you more, the potency isn't that strong with the GFJ technique but it is very noticeable when you do it. Like my usual dose to get on a good high is 8 Norcos with a hefty glass of GFJ an hour before dosing and another glass when I take em. And I feel them come on great. But when I only have 3-4 and do the same GFJ technique I still feel it much more then if I didn't. It's pretty efficient and I do love GFJ either way. Ya it does the same for me I also get very energized when I do opiates so I like to do them before I clock in but Incan also do it and relax as well. Is it me or does anyone else chain smoke when they do opiates? I seem to go through a pack in a night, but I don't smoke when I'm sober.. So strange. Anyone else know why that happens? I've always wanted to figure out why I crave nicotine when i consume opiates. As I posted on the "what opiates are you on?" Thread I railed 5 morphine IR 15mg pills(I have a pretty high tolerance to opiates btw) and I thought they weren't gonna work but I'm surprised there working really good, I've been energized like if I consumed a hefty amount of Norcos. I've never gotten like this on morphine, hell I've never felt anything off of them back when my tolerance was high a couple months ago. I'm surprised in catching a nod as we speak! Anyone else familiar with the morphine IR's that can tell me if they've had a success snorting them like I have????
I've noticed an increase in smoking on opiates too. I don't know what causes it. I feel more energetic and "busy" on opiates, so that could be it, or more likely something in the brain that deals with cravings is triggered. Who knows? As for the Morphine, it has a pretty low bioavailability taken orally, and I believe it's slightly higher when you snort it.
Ya that probably makes sense.. I thought I was the only one! Yea I knew it did that's why I didn't expect much from it. I heard the best way to take it was either IV or plugging it.. But I'm not fond of sticking stuff in my ass nor injecting.. I hate gettin blood drawn >_< so I snorted it an I've gotten good results.. Never in my life would I have said that i got loaded off morphine.. Back in the days when it was dry I'd come across 100 mg morphines for 5 bucks and that wouldn't do a thing. But now I snorted 90mg's of morphine IR(the white tablets that say 54 733 on them not the shitty MS-Contin ones that gel up) and I can say im pretty faded... Suprises me that it worked.. I wonder why today they worked so well if a week ago I got the same ones and didn't do shit.. Have you ever tried them happydude_60?? I've read what your prescribed and its Vic's and Norcos so I don't think you ever fuck with these..
Another question.. Why does morphine suck so much? Like its suppose to be strong as hell but most people that try it never have nothing good to say about it?!??
haha speaking of cigs i was nodding out pretty nicely last night (tonight too but not to the same extent) and was sitting on the porch with my legs hanging off the side.While i was smoking my a cid and i dropped (meaning nodded out and it slipped) it onto the mulch below, i lent (spell check?) forward to pick it up and basically fell onto my face in the mulch. I forgot i was sitting about three feet up on the ground on the porch. LOL I dont think it sucks so much. Not my opiate of choice. And it is decently strong. Gotta account for tolerance, amount taken, ROA, etc. First time i did it threw up (which is odd because i RARELY EVER throw up from opies even in HUGE amounts i used to do) maybe cause i did a lil too much for me at the time.......only done it a handful of times since and that was years ago when i threw up. Dont like it as much as heroin or other pharm pills.... guess cause i havent done it as much. idk. rambling ends now.
I haven't even had a chance to mess with Morphine all that much. About 2 years ago I knew a guy who had some purple 30's that he sold me for $3 each. I bought a total of maybe 50 of them over the summer, then he moved away. Maybe it was my low tolerance, but just one of those 30's would have me nodding. But I don't really get into nodding all that much. I like the feeling from Hydro's a lot better.
Ok the reason most people who try morphine never have anything good to say about it is because they sniff or swallow it. When you take morphine in pretty much any other way besides IVing it (I've heard bout plugging it to but IDK ive never done it im sure its better then snorting or eating, but still no were near as good as shooting it) it sucks. So the people who say its strong as hell are the people who are doing there morphine the right way and shooting it.
Yeah, intravenously the bio-availability of Morphine is through the roof. The only time I've ever had it that way was through a Morphine pump in the hosp. the first couple days after back surgery. I had a little clicker I used to self administer it, and I had that thing maxed out. That shit had me tripping. I was still in a lot of pain in spite of the Morphine though, so I didn't enjoy it. But it had me in another world. The best way I can put it is that it disassociates you from your pain. It's there, but it's almost like it's not personal.

opiates with someone else is always great. I find its hard to know enough people open to this type of drug so its just way easier to keep it to myself, especially here at university. used to love smokin with this one girl who knew all the hooks in town. she was what Ja-rule calls a down ass bitch. othe than that i like to be alone or dose alone and mingle later. not trying to share my shit when its so hard to come by now.
It's just not really cut out to be a party drug. People just want to be off by themselves and zone out. Hydrocodone tends to be a little more sociable, because it produces a more energetic buzz. But that's about it.
morphine was always a sleeply buzz to me, compared to other opies. it works but it,s fun factor ain,t as high. idk?
