hi guys long time no speak!! :)

now before you tell me to UTFSE i'd like to get everyones honest opinion on this contraversial psyche.. not your conparison to psilocybin, psilocin or fucking magic mushrooms..

it seems every forum discussion leads to comparisons between this and mushrooms and frankly i find them totally different.

myself i've only tried this stuff at 12mg, 16mg, 20mg and 25mg so far and i'm interested in hearing about anyones high dose exp. as i intend to do 40mg next weekend and post my report of that here..

    thanks ppl:2thumbsup:

60mg/60mg.. nothing to write home about.. makes me overly hungry. no likes.. not like shroom at all.. more like caffeinated shrooms. jitters, no concentration.

i tried ~45 mg once (fumarate). it was pretty intense. i got the shakes/shivers pretty bad. it seemed to make me pretty cold, but it was cold outside. it gave me a mucousy kind of reaction, made my nose run, my face red.

a higher dose like that, IME, lends itself more to laying on the couch and watching the backs of your eyelids, than it does to a walk in the park.

4acodmt is the most pleasant RC i've tried, my favorite psychedelic behind LSD i think. the one sucky thing about it, is that 30 mg gave my friend a seizure, although he dosed it after drinking a lot of booze.

i don't find it all that similar to shrooms. CEVs are very DMT-like.

I don't find 4-aco-dmt to be similar to shrooms, it feels very dmt-ish. I have done 35mg non fumarate a few times and I get the shakes/shivers for about an hour, it can be very intense. I just lay there with a blanket and let it happen, CEV are quite something else (alot of insectoid vibes), chill music playing in the background helps alot. Also I get real dry and thirsty so I make sure to have a few glasses of water within reach.

Once this phase passes I can fully enjoy the HD vision and expanded perceptions.

I don't think I will do high doses for a long time because it can get quite intense, just thinking about a 35-40mg dose makes me asshole pucker in fear right now. I have always used a sitter on these trips.

I've done 40mg twice, both times it was a heavy trip. Then I tried 50mg and it was one of the strongest psychedelic experiences of my life, complete with some lasting effects for a few weeks. Full blown immersion in alternate reality, full field open eye visuals replacing everything.

Very powerful medicine and one of the best, if not the best research chemical to exist.

compared to shrooms it is not as chaotic, and yet more energetic. which is the opposite of some of the opinions here, which of course goes to show the subjective effects of all this, PLUS the variations in what "shrooms" is (several different tryptamines in them, in various ratios), plus set and setting.

I also agree with the above comment that it feels close to DMT.

I think in a double blind placebo study you'd find people actually could not distinguish the two (synthetic 4-aco-dmt and synthetic 4-ho-dmt).
