    Here is the rules:

14 syllables per Haiku. You may like several haiku's into a longer poem.

    No rhyming

    three lines.

    Preferably 5 syllables, 7 syllables, then 5.

    Here is mine:

    Wind blows across sea
    churning up the ocean deep;
    White horses gallop

    Energies combine
    pulsating through the deep sea
    and the ocean swells

    Rising from the deep
giant swells hit the shallow reef
    gaping barrels roll

    Crashing, thundering
    A liquid vortex swirls through
    hypnotizing me

    Board and being connect
    water rushing underneath
    power overwhelms

    Connecting with the
    liquid swirling around me
    nature is with me

    exiting the tube
    my heart swells with ecstasy
    my soul enlightened

    The oceans power,
    it's incredible beauty,
    draws me back for more...

    I post to this thread
I feel lonely in this place
    Why's that, do you think?
