Is it actually a honest view to the economy world view? Or just a propaganda mag by the elite for the brainwashed.

One of my jobs is economic analysis. Economists don't all sit round a table and say "right , how can we conspire to brainwash the masses."

However, some of them sometimes think "ok everyone can see the system, if you don't work to it, you deserve to get fucked."

There are many different economic theories. One problem is that some work at some point, then are hopeless at others. Some economists always hoodwink politicians for their own ends. Some economists are political morons who cover their own greed and treachery in silly "theories". And there is a criminal neglect of non-financial resources on many occasions.

Finally, I know a former British Prime Minister who knew NOTHING about economics, and was basically played like a puppet by economists. This goes to show categorically that often our politicians are nothing but stooges of other forces. Not a conspiracy, its just the nature of power.

I had a college professor who thought highly of it, though it had a tory slant.

that was quite a few years ago, so the mag may have changed
