I'm the same exact way. The only thing that seems to help is if I stop masturbating to build up the tension and to stop my dick from going numb. I've only had a girl get me off once and it was during unprotected sex. I get off maybe 1 out of every 8 times during sex with a condom, but 3 out of every 4 times I don't use one. I used to have the same problem all the time, still do occasionally. It's made worse when you start wanting to cum. Once I cam to term with the fact sometimes it wasn't going to happen then it became less frequent. I have never yet managed to cum from a BJ and only managed it with a hand job when I lend a helping hand. Try a different brand of condom, I find some are much more sensitive than others.
I think this is a fairly vommon problem. It is very likely all in your head. Try to stop worrying about it and I'm sure you will do fine.
