if you've tried every single type of candy and it all tastes like crap to you, CHANGING FROM REGULAR TO SKIM MILK SHOULDN'T BE ENOUGH TO CHANGE YOUR MIND ANYWAY. also, just because there isn't an obvious or a good reason for something DOESN'T MEAN IT WAS DONE ARBITRARILY.
kinkyramona have you tried going to a candy store? i believe they sell shocktarts at candy stores, still. I forgot that I looove these. they're addicting.
what about the old types of candy, like the dots on paper and pixie sticks...I can't imagine that I'd still have the same old desire for those sugary sweets. And Turkish Taffy, remember that?

there's a huge variety of candy out there, and i'm quite sure there's a lot of candy that doesn't even use milk as an ingredient. i figure if you hate all of it, then you must just hate every sweet or sour thing out there no matter what kind of milk is used.
