I wonder how many genuine people get looked over by celebrities simply because they aren't celebrities. Every time I hear news about a celebrity divorce or breakup I can't help but smile.
It's all part of the show. They "hook up" or "break up" solely on the advice of their managers and publicists I imagine. Sort of like getting drunk and going to jail for something stupid. I could be wrong about that, but you have to admit these types of announcements come on the cusp of them releasing a song, movie, TV show, product line or whatever. It's like they just use relationships to get attention for their next big thing. It's crap. However, not all celebrities are like that. Saw something on Mark Wahlburg recently, and it was a really interesting interview/bio about his life, and before then I hadn't heard much about him. And he wasn't all over the news etc for his stuff, just went about his business. :afro:
Cuba Gooding Jr married his childhood sweetheart. They are still married. The ones that marry 'normal' people also generally stay well away from the limelight.
You couldn't be more right. Two examples: Mark Wahlburg and Harrison Ford. Harrison Ford actually runs helicopter rescue missions (at least he used to). All the people who really "succeed" during and after hollywood generally do not LIVE in hollywood, they get out as soon as possible, and head someplace that isn't a cesspool. I guess Brad and Angelina are sort of an exception to the story, they seem to be together and going strong.. Again, seem to be.. No idea for sure of course. Although if that's acting it's pretty good acting.
of course i don't know for a fact. but i haven't seen you in any other threads asking what the subject of the thread is, and i have to assume you don't know everything there is to know outside of the identity of one celebrity. and just as a general rule, most people don't bother asking "what is this subject" in threads they know nothing about. in most cases, they either google the subject or just ignore the thread.
Dude... Got some mad skills with "shop" Although seriously, how you can go this: To This: Almost as interesting... Makeup and PhotoShop do a lot it seems... :afro:
Care to elaborate on that sad face? What's it for man? Are you sad about Paris Hilton, or sad for what she stands for? Use your words man :afro:
I'm posting a sad face cause her looks are not what a critical thread about Paris Hilton('s show) should be about. Yes of course I can handle a joke like Nyxx posted but to seriously criticize her make up less sad face (most peeps look shit when they look sad btw) which looks like a rather normal sad person to me anyway is kind of dissappointing. Especially from a fellow poster who seemed to criticize the shallowness that this kind of shows are glorifying (about behaviour but surely also about looks) and yet the criticizer seems to be just as shallow when you're focussing on how she looks and like that should determine or proof her succes or how tolerant you can be about her or something. The photoshop argument is not remarkable to me anymore unfortunately since almost everything is getting photoshopped where it comes to women and pop media.
I wasn't criticizing her looks/makeup. I was commenting how everything is faked. I actually appreciate the "real" photos more than the shopped ones. And Sad? I don't think she was sad in that photo.... Not sure where you got sad from....? :afro:
