I know 97% of us on here have read this book by Hoffman. I'm a newbie, so I'm sure there's already been a post (sorry). Any thoughts, comments? I read it recently (its available for free all over the internet). I really though it was cool, especially because of how outdated it is. It really gives you a look into the underground(?) life of the 70s.
its good but most all of the stuff in there outdated/doesn't work anymore. i'd recommend the new cookbook from crimethinc.com "recipes for disaster" if your looking for a similar kind of book for the present day.
well seeing as its all over the internet i would say that is sorta like stealing it....thats how i read it
We should have an international stealing day *grin* also known as the International Day of Giving! I don't steal, because I don't need to. But I don't think it's unethical, as long as you give away an equal part of what YOU own. If everyone shared, no-one would have to steal.
i stole it too sort of my roommate had a copy. he told me that i could read any of his books, except for steal this book (it was a first edition copy, and was falling apart a bit). so i stole it, read it, and put it back! i'm not much of a theif
