If you so choose to purchase and smoke marijuana, it seems 5 nanograms of THC per mL of blood would not be a hard level to achieve, maybe even days after smoking...

IMO seems that one back-end version of the law is creation of an even harsher marijuana DUI law; in the stead of possession, DUI is where the crime occurs... [such every stoner will still be ending up in jail should they be involved in a traffic stop, except with even more serious charges to face now]

One question I have, is how do they figure the blood concentration of THC?

Lagalise it there, maybe it will also get spread in europe.

 

Make it legal everywhere, and without taxes.

This would add a new and different dynamic to the economy, in total. A whole new economy.

With no taxes the money would move or circulate 3 times faster and other item taxes would become 3 times as plentiful. Three times as much money. Faster circulation. Faster taxes.

We need to get rid of the 40,000 dollars per person in prison of our tax dollars is justifiable, Head Space.

Taxes and tax enforcement, trials and extra police divisions and new prisons? We might as well light bales of our current tax money on fire.

How dumb can people get?

Well it seems like Oregon is doing pretty good, in regards to the percentage of the population that wants to legalize it.

This mornings news said there were 3 states with legalization on their ballots. Don't know what the third state is--didn't catch it. Anyone know?

 

It does matter what states do with legalization ballots. The more states supporting pro marijuana legislation, the more nails in the feds policies coffin.

 

Washington, Oregon, and Colorado

 

It would really be lovely and I would move instantly to the first state that truly legalizes, but I certainly ain't holding my breath on this one...
