Which Is The Most Common Position To Lie In To Perform An Enema?

I have attempted ( for my own sexual pleasure & experimenting only ) to make my own type of enema, but are wanting advice on which is the proper or most comfortable position to lie in to allow an enema to work the best? I know warm water is needed.

i really like this position,,, but tell me,, one friend told me that there is some dildo like baby pacifier to put in the ass whole while waking or sitting which gives great feeling have u tried that??

 

I had to give myself an enema because i was really constipated...

I do left side, then hands and knees and it works well.

 

Without a doubt my favorite enema position is on my hands, head on the floor and butt up in the air. This position allows me to take in the most fluid.

However, nine out of ten times I give myself an enema in the shower, standing with one leg on the edge of the tub like I'm shaving my legs. I have a shower attachment which makes the shower option easy. Standing doesn't allow as much fluid to enter but since I'm in the shower I can repeat as often as necessary to get clean.

I've also leaned completely over the bathroom counter, standing on one leg with my other leg hiked up over the counter.
