It happened two years ago, it was kind of hard to find, but I have to say it soured me on Russia for a bit. I never read the update saying the police finally decided to investigate (thank god they did), but when I read it back then, the reports were saying not only was the driver let off the hook, they were thinking of fining the women on the sidewalk for damaging the car.
