Are these magic mushrooms?

Do they look like any kind of shrooms you ever seen? do they look like any kind of poisonous mushrooms you have ever seen? I found them growing on a tree stump in the woods in a shady spot, it was a frosty morning. I live in newfoundland, canada

 

It's impossible to ID them without a spore print and better pictures. 99% sure they are not active.

 

What do you mean by they are not active? how can i get a spore print and i'll take some better pictures later on

 

Not active means they aren't magic.

 

My suggestion is todo some reading/research on google, the odds of you finding a magic mushroom randomly by chance is pretty low, you need to know where to look and what to look for.

 

just call Dominoes and ask for the magic pizza..
