I know how you feel with the looking young thing. I'm 20 as well and I've been mistaken for as young as about 13, its damn irritating!

But, in a way its a good thing as when we get older we will look younger than we are (well, thats my wishful thinking anyway)

Looks are definitely not the problem. ANYONE can get laid. That said, I wouldn't worry too much about being a virgin at 20. In five years? Yeah, there's a problem. And it's almost certainly behavioral and has nothing to do with his haircut.
