The potato is part of a family of plants called Nightshades and is a mild inflammatory poison.

Modern wheat is an engineered semi-dwarf plant created in the 60's. It is not what our grandparents or people 6000 years ago ate.

Breeding these hybrid modified mildly poisonous foods are great for boosting global populations but not so good for actual quality of life.

Are you kidding me; all that fluoride in tap water, all that bacteria in natural water, the chemicals that can come out of from using shitty filters..

I thought it was filtered out. That's one reason why you pay for it.

I don't know about a memory, just that they filter the waste out. Of course some stuff's still in it but at least around here it is not harmful to drink it.

Distilling water removes pretty much everything, save for the small amount of CO2 that dissolves from the air.

Humans were not meant to eat a boatload of grains. It's only a filler for when nothing else is around, or if you need to start a society and provide food for a lot of people

"In general, grain provides copious amounts of cheap (and empty) calories, perfect for raising slaves (or cattle), and perfect for keeping the sheep happy, though it comes at their own expense." http://www.lewrockwell.com/orig13/green-william1.1.1.html

Cows have 4 stomachs and even they can't digest corn. http://www.nj.com/entertainment/dining/index.ssf/2008/03/getting_the_grain_out_of_your.html

Humans are meant to eat animals, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds.
