Hey guys, So i have always wanted to try shrooms, and today when walking my dogs i went hunting. I live in Ireland and there are plenty of green fields around where i live. So i went searching in fields where cows graze everyday, and its been raining on and off the last few days so perfect conditions, no? and anyway i found 3 different bunches of mushrooms and i dont want to be eating anything that could be poisonous, so i could do with some advice. These are the first few i found, funny enough i was drawn straight to these ones, i was only in the field about 20 seconds walked straight to them and seen 3 of them poking their head out from the grass. A few fields away i found these ones below, the second picture they look a bit rough, in my pocket for a couple of hours, there must have been 30-40 of them, maybe more where i found them, and have a smell like a mixture of mould and balloons oddly enough With the above bunch there seemed to be a lighter shroom and and dark type in them, the dark type very like the first bunch but these were all together so i dunno :/ And finally these below, i found these on a shallow river bank beside the field, moss type ground around them, but i doubt these are shrooms.. So, what do you think?
copelandia mushroom.. look em up.. you might have, you might not. looks like some pan foes also in the first pic.
What color is the spore print? I don't see any bluing of the stems In Ireland you can pretty much only find liberty caps in the wild.
Yeah, psilocybin mushrooms grow wild all over that region of the world. The only problem is making sure not to select a poison one. What you have is the one at the 3 min mark of the video I believe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ATwc1AhFu88"]Magic Mushroom Hunter - YouTube
yeah going from what you have said and that video i don't have any but i know what they look like now, they are almost yellow in color, very bright anyway and have more of a full head/body than the other ones, the gills are hidden pretty well too. Just as a matter of interest, in ireland (if anyone knows) if i was to eat a look alike, how poisonous are they?
