Made it and now I am relieved. I had balls of steel. They didnt charge cod. Whew. I wont say what they called it. Ingenious though.

It's not proper to name a vendor or to name places where vendors leave listings on this forum.

 

Its not a secret, even ABC news ran a report on it a few months back.

 

One time SWIM made a 10g order of 6-APB from one of the chinese chemical companies. They gave him a tracking number and whenever the tracking said it had arrived in his city but was awaiting approval of certificate! He contacted the vendor and they informed him that a phytosanitary certificate was required but would be good for 3 months (this is bullshit, if anything the responsibility for that should have been on them to have the proper documents if they export these things on a continual basis). SWIM and SWIMs girl had already threw down around 200 bucks on this thing and since it seemed like the package was in his city (harbor i think) but wasn't gonna move until there was a certificate to cover it and agreed to cover the cost of the cerfificate which basically doubled the total cost of the 10g shipment. Well SWIM thought this would be the last hang-up in this transaction and would now receive the package shortly. NO...the package still wouldnt move and the vendor comes back and informs him that his liscense to export only covers "bulk" quantities (but they waited all this time to inform him!!) or a KILO or more. They said because of the inconvenience they would drop the price for 1kg of 6-apb to only 600 something. he ended up losing his money because no way was he gonna put that much more of his money into this deal since to him it seemed they would most likely pull some more bullshit trying to get more money from him!!!!! He thinks possibly they created a fake tracking number and tracking page or something.

 

It is what it is. Even if such source is widely and publicly known, it is not appropriate for discussion on hipforums.

 

there was this thread here, a small guide on how to buy rcs online, can't find it.
It said you had to look for serious companies that sold chemicals of any sorts, and among them some psychoactive ones. I found some but it seems to be complicate to buy and they only sell large quantities (like 10g minimum or 1g) at very expensive prices.
I found some other sites that have more reasonable prices but although they don't talk about effect or show bongs and leaves and stuffs, they clearly only sell RCs, like there's a phen and a trypt part and only that. So there's nothing wrong on scamorsafe (good comments from ppl with many posts) and it seem it was down for a period and now is back and i read good things about it.
So is that it ? Should I just research it a little more and look for the payment part and then go ?

I hope I can ask it like that here, if not delete this post/tell me. I have just been looking at different sites and I'd just like to know what should a good site look like

 

i remember the sticky thread that said a legit RC supplier should also sell non-psychoactive chemicals. that has never been the case in my limited personal experience.
