Safe places to meet men?

My husband and I are very much in an open relationship sexually but recently the avenues in which I find men I want to meet up with and have some fun seem to have either dried up or become populated with creepers. Or maybe I've become really fussy?

I like to meet up with intelligent men who I can have a conversation with in a bar without feeling like I'm about to be murdered. But I also want to be taken back and fucked like a slut. Damn, I want it all right? Haha!

Previously I'd met men through work but now I'm on an all female ward at work and one offs with women aren't really my thing. Or on chat websites which seem to have changed a lot in the last 2-3 years. I work very long, unsociable hours as a nurse so meeting in clubs etc. is for the most part out.

Is there anywhere to meet men to have regular or one off no strings sex that is relatively safe - I know nothing is 100% safe - or do I have to trawl chat rooms?

It seems like it would be pretty easy. If you are even remotely attractive, almost any single guy would be willing to help you out. Find men that aren't wearing wedding rings while you are out and about. At the grocery store, coffee shop, etc, etc. Approach the ones you are attracted to and tell them what's up.

 

I'm very shy (In a way) and I'm not sure people in the UK really just go up to each other like that unless drunk/in London haha.

My gf and i are interested in finding a guy too and I'm starting to think it maybe more difficult than I thought. We want the guy to cum inside her so we need to be very selective. I'd recommend online dating sites, but not the major ones like adultfriendfinder or craigslist as they tend to be meat markets - many of the women are fake and the vast majority of the guys a waste of space. fabswingers is a good one, as are other swinging/free love lifestyle sites (I've not tried it but maybe swinglifestyle?). You are more likely to find other open minded people who are interested in the lifestyle rather than desperate social rejects. Also some mainstream dating sites can be quite effective - if you answer the relevant questions okcupid is quite good for finding people with similar attitudes.

Even so, you'll likely get more responses than you want. As a general guide, if they can't manage more than a single line in their initial message, haven't written anything in their profile or can't manage basic spelling/grammer you can probably ignore them

 

Manchester must have a few swinger's clubs - one at least. That would be ideal - I've been to one in Switzerland and know of others - Glasgow has one but newly.

Yes, you're exactly right. This is something that anyone considering this lifestyle should practice, but is often overlooked. This is why we're not interested in picking up some random guy from a bar or wherever. Ideally it would be best with someone we know and trust. We have even considered one of her ex bfs...and this may still be a possibility. But no matter how careful one is, where are always risks.
Btw, my girl has been tested (myself as well)....it's almost a prerequisite these days for any new relationship.

How did it go? Where did you end up 'finding' them from?
