    keep track of it but there are many factors you must think about too. You have the figure you may be alone and lonely ( I assume you are) but if you had a girlfriend the incidences might decline. so a diary wouldnt be accurate to say it covers anyone but you. my advice? go get a girlfriend,,,dont be picky.
