does anyone know how to keep a blue heeler busy other than proctoring livestock. She does well since i haven't been able to take her on 2 hour walks everyday since i started my job. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions to keep ker occupied while i'm at work.
Those breeds are big trouble without a job to do...Know anyone with a buncha kids? They'll herd/protect anything really, kids, ducks, goats, whatever. If you don't find something for that dog to do it will quickly become a neurotic mess and start looking for trouble. You picked one helluva breed to be leaving home all day. At least get another animal or something to keep 'em company. poor pup
