Hi. I won't share my name here. But I'm 18, female, and I live in Oregon. I joined this site because the topics on here are intriguing to me, especially the forums on psychedelics. I haven't done many drugs...I'm a heavy weed smoker, cigarettes as well (i'm not addicted, in fact last week i took a break from them for a while, no withdrawal symptoms. i've done this so many times in the past, i've never "needed" a cigarette, i just want one. i guess I'm lucky). I drink a bit of alcohol on rare occasions but I prefer not to. I've also taken tramadol for pain before, and strangely it has given me a euphoric kind of feeling, almost like being stoned except more energetic, which is weird because tramadol is a pretty weak opioid from what I've read. So yeah. I love music, writing, taking walks, meditating, and I always try to cherish each day I have. i want to try shrooms someday, also LSD. But for now I'm focusing on looking for a job, gonna get my license soon, and I plan on going to college either Winter Term or Spring Term. Peace out
sounds cool dude. You're a guy right? You must be young. Yeah 18 I remember those days. Uhh take shrooms. That's my advice. Good luck!
Hello porcelain! welcome to the forums. I'm 21 and only started taking psychedelics very carefully a few months ago. Like yourself, I smoke tobacco, cannabis and drink moderately. So I feel compelled to give you some advice on the use of psychedelics, based on my own personal experiences. I'd suggest trying shrooms before LSD. Do this with experienced shroomers, don't do it on your own (for health and safety reasons). Start light, because the psychedelic experience of psylocibin is really intense, even for a regular cannabis user. Watch some shroom documentary and interviews on youtube and/or other sites, and talk with people who've taken shrooms. I found these procedures extremely helpful with my first experiences, as at least you've got some sort of idea of the experience you will have. Also, you can get nausea the first 15min after taking shrooms, so I suggest eating a bit of bread before taking shrooms, and have some water and some root beer to deal with the nausea. LSD is my favourite psychedelic substance. If you're going to do this, again, same advice as with shrooms. The only difference here is that the trip here lasts a minimum of 7 hours, and is really, really intense. I suggest taking no more than 100 to 150 microgrammes (so that's 1 tab/blotter). If you take too much the first few times, you will hallucinate, experience a full ego-death, feel extremely disorientated and vulnerable. As your new to LSD, please, be careful with this substance, go easy on yourself, and I guarantee you will experience such wonderful things. I suggest checking out Albert Hoffman LSD documentaries, Timothy Leery documentaries, etc. on youtube. The more informed you are about LSD before you take it, the less likely you will freak out the first times you take it. If you have any questions on the topic, please don't hesitate to message me. Peace, Alex
Why would a guy call himself porcelain? I mean I guess it could happen... But it doesn't seem very common.
thanks for your words, man. I'll definitely be careful when I try these drugs for the first time, but many things are hindering me from doing it. The main thing is, I take Zoloft for my Depression and OCD (also diagnosed with high functioning autism, but no one rly notices that about me, and im comfortable with who i am.) I know SSRIs don't mix well with hardly any other drugs. It sucks. I want to get off of them but I know it will be a while. I spoke of how i was taking tramadol, a pain reliever introduced to me by a friend of mine. She also takes Zoloft, and she told me in low doses, it's no biggie to mix the two. but after a few days of light to moderate doses, it made me sick. I found out that Zoloft and the trams shouldnt go together because they both work with serotonin and u could get a seizure or get serotonin syndrome. I didn't think it would be a big deal for a few days..and it has been a very helpful pain reliever. sad how i cant take it now cuz of my stupid SSRI. the Zoloft does help me a bit though, but at the same time im not sure. it's only been a month since i started taking it. i want to discuss this with my therapist (not my interest in trying illegal drugs, lol), but my thoughts on my medication and if I have a possibility of switching to something that will help me with my depression and occasional insomnia...something that will not cause bad side effects if mixed with a low dose of a pain reliever. so yeah. that's my current situation. but it's cool, i want to get a job anyways and many places do drug testing. ive been job hunting and applying for months now, havent been hired. i had one interview...one place had interest in me, but I was turned down. im gonna keep trying though.
Took me 6 months to find a job in London :2thumbsup: its tough, so good luck! I've got a friend who takes anti-depressant medication, not sure if its the same as yours. She told me that she gets off the medication 2 weeks before doing the whole acid thing, but again, I would seek professional advice about this, of course I'm currently taking acid regularly, haven't had the occasion to do shrooms in a while... but here are some youtube links to some videos you could check out, if you wish https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGf2loLAwVE"]rare footage of 1950s housewife in LSD experiment.flv - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaqJX-aP0Jc"]Albert Hofmann's Potion - LSD documentary - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5Izm1LQfw4"]Pikachu on Acid - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6jmGSS955g"]Timothy Leary -- The Man Who Turned On America - YouTube I think the most important thing for an acid trip, if you're still debating on doing it in the near future, is the setting and the time you do it. For instance, when I first did it, I built this weird little shrine on my bed using my guitars and my study books, it was really funny :scholar: then an hour later, when I started feeling the acid work its magic, I was there by myself, on my bed with my guitars, listening to my favourite music. AAAH I can't wait to come back from my vacation and drop acid again =))
