The Farm is a cool place. I've talked to those guys a bit. Always had too much going on to make it down there myself, though... If you're passing through Chattanooga, stop and visit the guys at the Yellow Deli. Don't plan on staying more than a few weeks, though... they get kind of weird. Happy Travels
