Hi everyone I am a scorpio male. Idk if it has to do with the sign or if its just a personal thing but i seem to have a hard time connecting with people in general,being open with people and feeling weird when i do open up to people.especially women, im very lonely but am a pretty attractive dude inside and out but i feel like my connection when im trying to meet women doesnt happen i can tell when there interested but feel very weird showing my interest or going past the line of making jokes and getting to know them on a level where id like to maybe pursue dating or build something bigger and deeper than meaningless conversation. have had plenty of girls in my past but never a serious girlfriend and am very lonely and would like a serious relationship. idk if im scared to express emotion or communicate in a way that a girl wants without feeling weird about it. if you have any insight or advice itd be much appreciated thanks
Start being more honest (not that you are not) and let people know more about you. Your thoughts, goals, ideas. You dont need to bare everything but just be cognoscent that people will want to know who they are talking to. Also, experiment. Make conversation to complete strangers. "I like your dress". Have fun with it. Treat it as a game and SMILE a lot! A big smile is such a huge confidence booster and woman love it and are attracted to it.
It sounds like you have a bit of social anxiety. Having a counselor to talk to about it, if such is accessible to you, may help. Also, try to do group events (meetup, or take classes at your local community college, for example) and just get used to having natural conversations with people where there isn't pressure to date--then when you're a bit more relaxed, just be friendly towards women that you find interesting, definitely smile as stacybyars said, and you will have plenty of opportunities to date.
will definately be trying out both of these thank you guys. i do have social anxiety and a rough relationship past with women so i stay guarded im going to give it a shot because im tired of being lonely with no one to share my life with. thanks guys im gonna give it a shot what could it hurt right
