Never lower your standards, do what makes you happy. Practice talking in general, the food store, gas station, mall, work, etc. take the time out to talk to all women, hot or not, then with some practice you'll view women differently. well this could easily be conflicting advice. if sex makes you happy and your standards are too high, then lowering your standards is the logical thing to do.
i think karma will be kind to me that if i just keep on doing what im doing i will find someone to spend my days or maybe they will find me. its just i would just like to spend some time in a females arms and just lie with.
