I have this dream almost every night... so I'm I've got some one on the ground(not in a sexual way) and I'm punching them in the face but it's not hurting them. Also, I have a dream that I'm yelling as loud as I can but no one can hear me. I think the second one means I'm having trouble expressing myself or something, I don't know.:$

    Hi jimi420

I think you express yourself in the very right way, and now just express a hidden part of you that feels troubled and wants to be heard, to grow on and change and become who you feel you truly are.

All the others are a reflection of your own needs. So you might want to try and honour them and use the reflection they share to find what you are missing, and trust into your own strength.

Imagine they all help you ... imagine they feel, see and hear you as the one you truly are and do not fear the outcome. Even if you are silent. Imagine they simply love you. Imagine they all are worthy to be loved and appreciated, and to find out it is so is what you came here for. Imagine you can feel, see and hear them and see who they truly are, beyond the roles they play. Imagine you do not expect them to be somewhat different, and do not judge them for what is their troubles, but honour their desire to break through their own walls. Be the reflection of the journey to love and trust. And imagine there is love and trust coming along more than you ever can imagine.

Ok now the hard part is to act on it in daily life, and trust it makes sense. But maybe you know better than I and find it is just as easy.

    Thank you for sharing!

mabie you are trying to get somthing out but you can't... it might not be the person your fighting, but you could be knocking yourself down...beating yourself up inside you.. mabie something you know but don't want to admit..

i've had that dream where you cant hurt your enemy - i chalked it up to a lack of self confidence in my ability to fight... bonehead masculine thinking of course, but still true (for me anyway).

sounds to me like frustration.that person your beating up is symbolic of a part of your own supposed weakness you always fight against but cant beat.its a fear of ones own supposed inhibitions.a lack of confidence about a situation you want to control but feet you cant

Is it the same person everytime you have the dream? Is it somebody you know or is it a random dream person?

a good friend of mine had this horrific reaccuring dream where he sat and watched as he randomly stabbed and killed his cousin. it bothered him for years. finally he read up adn researched dreams and found how to focus his mind to notice when he was dreaming. one night he had the dream again, adn focusing he changed the knife to flowers. he never had the dream again.
