Im starting to get into piercings and tattoos and I was wondering if it would be weird for a guy to have a left ear lobe pierced once and his right pierced lobe pierced twice and a pierced right helix. Is there any kind of piercing rules that I'm not aware of lol?

Back when, people may have tried to assign ear piercing of one side or the other with gender preference.

    Now, it doesn't matter.

    Do what you want.

it might look a little better if you just get each lobe pierced once. and maybe instead of a helix get ur cartilidge pierced on one side. Just my thoughts :2thumbsup:

No rules, just do what you like :)
Have you thought about a tragus piercing? I have both mine done, love them.

I agree, you should do whatever YOU think looks good. If you're asking if the left ear is the "gay" ear then there are some people who would think that. I know a lot of gay men have their left ear pierced, so it's not just a stereotype it does happen frequently. But, as long as you are secure with yourself then it shouldn't matter! Do what you say you want to do, it would look cool IMO.
