Over 2,300 Americans are reported missing everyday. We have almost 900,000 Americans at this time being reported missing with not ah damn clue as to where they went. It's an interesting phenomenon. Where did almost 1 million American citizens just disappear too? 1/400 of the entire population just gone, without any serious leads or explanations..
I thought thoes green wayfers were more spoungy that crunchy . Some think people are disapeering through a crack in the time space contumium , all tho no one can prove this . desert rat
Here's one source... 2300 missing people I'm sure there's a lot more, this was the first link in the list when I Googled "2,300 Americans are reported missing everyday" EDIT: I'm all for the "space/time continuum" theory. They actually end up in the place where all those socks go on laundry day.
i only saw "reported missing", so picture this. you come home your son isnt home, you call every family member nobody knows where he is. you call all his friends nobody saw him. you call the cops report him missing. at about 6pm he comes home from a day at the arcade with his new friend jake. jake just asked if there was any arcades around the area because he was new to town and wanted to play his favorite video game. out of this 900,000 people i will bet half or more have a story as innocent as this one. and the article linked mentions 1/6th have a mental illness which means well over 100k probably just wander the streets not knowing where they are going or why. plus all the people that just had enough of their life the way it is and want to start new somewhere else but cant face their family or the people that they live with. the stats are misleading when your actually trying to figure out how many people are, or should be on a milk carton.
I saw a local newspaper story where the police were begging for someone with info to come forward after they found a female's body. So this is the other side of the coin - Bodies being found and apparently no one cared about them because they were never reported missing.
Most of the people on this forum were not hear when that movie was made . For thoes that dont know , in the sci fi movie the oceans were dead , dead people were being secretly turned into these green cookies . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soylent_Green desert rat
Yeah.... But that doesn't happen until 2022... that's ten years man. Way to early to be baking people cookies, they will spoil.
Lets hope things dont get so bad that we haft to turn dead people in to green cookies and live on them . The cookies would spoil in 10 years , the gov. may be working on ways to keep them fresh . desert rat
Reported missing means just that.... they're reported missing. It does not mean that they're not found. I'm guessing most of those are teenagers. They "ran away" or went to the mall and didn't come home on time.... they got reported missing, and walked in the door, still slightly intoxicated, in a day or two. Turns little billy was just smoking pot and watching robot chicken in little jimmy's basement.
At least they will have warm feet. Non-matching, but warm. Do they have a stat on how many are found alive?
On the fema camps , some think there under ground . Maby thoes weird noises that people were hearing was mining/boring equ. With the gov. as sloppy as it is some times , it is possable that they forget to put the covers on the under ground bunkers and people fall in . Oh no its the men in black at my door agai
Oh, Hell no. How can you start a conspiracy theory with the stats "2299 missing people found this week". It just doesn't feel right...
